What Right Does My Mother Have Over My Property?

As of today my mother kicked me out! Don’t want to get into it too much but she was very upset I didn’t like when she rummaged through my room (especially when I’m not home). I complained about not getting privacy in my room. It’s not particularly important but I had some questions on what she can do with my things.

I have my fathers to stay at so it isn’t much of an issue where I live but it is an issue with my things. I have a handful of stuff that’s a pain to move but isn’t awful however what I’m most worried about is my car. I have a non running project car that doesn’t move (Porsche 924 if there’s any car nerds reading this (I’m not rich it’s the cheapest Porsche manufactured ever)). She told me I have till tomorrow to get everything out which after my work shift is maybe possible (furniture I’m more worried about) but I know for sure I can’t both find a place to put the car and get it towed within that time.

What legal recourse does she have over my things? I know it’s mostly a civil issue but is there a way to ensure I have more time to move things? She’s the type to break things when mad so is it possible to make sure my things are safe? What does she legally own of mine (I.e. my dresser was gifted to me but she did technically buy it)?

Little final note, I’ve tried to appease her for 20 years, I don’t much care about being petty with legal proceedings (I can’t afford it but she can’t either). I’d prefer if it was just a clean split but I know she won’t make it that easy.
