Wife Filed For Divorce After Moving Out, Wants Half Of Home

Wife suddenly told me she was done and moved out of the home we shared (both names are on the mortgage) 2 months ago. Moved mortgage payment to my personal account along with all bills. Instead of working on things or talking to me, she just filed divorce papers. Wants to split assets (really only have the house). She took all of her things, plus a number of shared items when she left. I’m being told a number of different things by friends right now, mostly that I want to do a non-contested divorce. I believe I already have to refinance to get her name off the deed to the house, which I’m pissed about because my current mortgage rate is 3.2% Half equity for her would be somewhere between $80-$100K. Do I have any other options here? Is it best to just offer her the half and move on? Do I have a fight with her vacating the property? Will we be forced to go through the whole list of all assets as it goes through the courts?
I do not have an attorney and neither does she.
EDIT: thank you everyone who commented. I have a lot to go through and review. I think overall, I need to talk to an attorney and my lender to see what my options are.
