Wife Not Wanting To Go On A Supervised Trip To See Our Daughters Great Grandmother.

Location: Minnesota

Sorry if this is long winded. So me and my wife are getting divorced. We signed a custody agreement which includes a “semi supervised vacation” we decided not to go through the courts or mediation which I’ve realized was a mistake. She wanted 60 days notice to go on this trip which I did. We are supposed to go to California for 6 days to go see my grandmother who is 91 and I wanted her to be able to meet her great granddaughter. Two weeks before our trip my wife decides to pull the plug on our trip because our dissolution keeps getting pushed back. She claims she will get in trouble if we take our daughter on this trip if it’s not signed off by a judge. I gave my wife over 900 dollars to pay for her hotel and plane ticket. I’ve talked to a lawyer and the self help people in the county where we are and everyone has said no one will get in trouble if we decide to go on this trip. I’m thinking she spent the money for something else and is coming up with excuses to not go on this trip but I’m not sure. What can I do? She has primary custody right now but again non of this is official. She also says I can just decide to stay in California with our daughter if I choose and that’s another reason she doesn’t want to go but I would get in significant trouble if I did that and have no intention to. Please any advice is appreciated.
