Workplace Rejected My Doctors Note Dispite Having All Required Information, Now They're Going To Terminate Me

** ABSENCES AND DR NOTES **
**j) Medically advised absence of three (3) or more days as recommended by a medical professional,
(limited to persons with the following post-nominal letters: M.D., N.P., P.A., D.O., PsyD, D.D.S.,
D.M.D, OD [all other post nominal lettered doctor’s notes may be submitted for approval by the
company on a case by case basis]) when verified by *physician's note.**
(j) above, the document must:
- Have a clearly printed name of the employee or dependent that was seen.
Have a clear date of visit.
Have a clear return to work date.
Be signed by the physician, the physician's designee (electronic signature or an official
stamp is acceptable).
Have a clearly printed name of the clinic, office or physician's name.
Have a clearly printed address and phone number of the location where the employee
was seen (which may be the physical ER or contact information for the tele-health and/or
virtual appointment).
Be submitted within the first sixty (60) minutes of the shift from which the employee is
returning from medical leave.
Be submitted in paper or by e-mail to an appropriate company representative and will not
be accepted via fax or any other means.”

all of the required information is there, the reason they gave for the rejection is not having a signature dispite having on the paper, said signature saying (Doctor's name, PA-C) it clearly states digital signatures WILL be accepted. What can I do in this situation? My union is grieving the rejection but that has had a terrible success rate within the company.
