Would It Be Legal If My Stepdad Was Doing Weird Massages?
Location: Michigan. For starters my stepdad is obviously an adult while im still a minor. I dont remember when this started but for a bit before I was 12 he would massage me all the time, stare at my chest, and make weird jokes about my body. I told my mom and she said I was faking. the massages stopped for a while until maybe 13? or 14? and then they started again. Now he tests his luck and doesnt ask me, he just rubs my shoulders then starts to go lower. He massaged my butt thighs and inner thighs one time while lifting up my shirt and pressing against me. Ive also realized he gives me way more attention than my sister and only massages me when were alone. He also tries to make his case better by saying "its what massueses do" even though i dont say anything. I freeze up when this happens and i feel grossed out i just want it to stop. I want to make sure im not losing my mind or wanting attention. Would this be considered sexual harassment or grooming?
