Wrongful Termination

Looking for some help here because my anxiety is through the roof. Basically I am a nurse and have been for several years. I have a spotless record and was recently fired for what I believe is retaliation and discrimination. It all started about a month ago, I reported unsafe staffing conditions as the facility I work at and where as I am always charge nurse, I noticed 2 weeks later the new schedule came out and I was completely removed, granted I am charge about 85% of the shifts I work but after the unsafe reporting, no more charge! Then I was messaged about my break time(no in person conversation, no reprimand, just a 2 sentence throwaway text about logging them, I obliged and said I’d fix it and didn’t know better and for YEARS I’d always done it that way). I logged off the next couple of shifts and then a few days before I was supposed to talk to the facilities higher ups about unsafe staffing conditions, I was blindsided the day before and called into my meeting about my break, I was asked if I did it in purpose and I was honest in the fact that I didn’t know and had done so for years and no one spoke to me other than a text and it wasn’t mainly about that, the meeting was left at I seemed like I didn’t know and they said they appreciated my honesty. However 3 days before this meeting I filed another unsafe staffing and a day before I filed a HR complaint for the feeling of retaliation and possible discrimination, even though I had no clue what this meeting was about, thinking it was a game plan what to say to the higher ups. I was then let go for “break theft” 2 weeks later and they’re saying I was spoken to on a false date that I didn’t work and there was no formal conversation until the meeting and they said I was met with 2 weeks before the meeting which I wasn’t because the manager that brought it up, I hadn’t worked with them for 2 weeks prior to the date they’re saying I was spoken to. So any lawyers out there think the same? I am union so that’s a plus but how do I go back even if reinstated to a place I don’t feel safe. Also as far as the discrimination I am a minority and gay.
