Hi sorry for the long title but I am CONFUSED on so many levels
To make a very long story short, my stepfather groped me when I was 11. In 2020 via text message and Facebook messenger the man harassed me with hundreds of text messages, where he openly confesses to jerking off to me while I was a minor. Exposing a lifetime of sexual frustrations. Recounting memories he jerked off to. I was one of 3 minors he mentioned in these memories. He also fantasized about my grandmother being drugged and hate raped by her pedophile ex husband. It was beyond vile.
The police told me he did nothing illegal and they are not pursuing this. What? The? Actual? Fuck? (Not the groping. That happened in another state and I have reported it to that PD)
Someone please explain how the fuck this man is not being put on a sex offenders registry?! How is it that he committed no crime?! Why is he getting away with it?! He admitted to being sexually attracted to a jerking off to minors ffs!
