Kevin Dotson Struggling In Pass Protection?

According to the link/story below one of the weaknesses for the Los Angeles Rams is Kevin Dotson in pass protection. Though Dotson has been stout with run blocking (according to the info below), he’s been less dominant as a pass blocker (according to the info below).

It’s so early in the season that trends can seem there, but it doesn’t mean they are, but they could be, so it’s worth exploring. It’s fun.

Regardless of Dotson, whether it’s run or pass blocking, the Rams need to do well in both. They have a quarterback who isn’t exactly mobile (though he was moving a bit in Week 2), and they don’t have the type of running backs who can just have bad blocking and make something happen time and time again.

The Rams offense needs to click in sync to be as successful as fans and the team want. That’s my take for this team at this juncture, and I don’t think it’s a hot one.

Rams’ Puka Nacua doubtful to play Sunday night vs. Broncos (nfl.com)

“Sean McVay said Wednesday that the Los Angeles Rams would err on the side of caution with Puka Nacua’s health.

That cautious approach has equated to Nacua drawing a doubtful designation for the Rams’ Week 3 Sunday night tilt against the host Denver Broncos.

A non-participant in practice through the week, Nacua is slated to miss his second straight game dealing with what’s been listed as a hip injury, but McVay characterized as a groin issue. The Rams coach said earlier in the week the ailment is not a long-term concern, and on Friday, the Rams coach told reporters that barring a setback, Nacua should be able to play in L.A.’s Week 4 game against the Eagles.

Need to have a turnover free game to win it. McVay keep trying to run the ball and don’t abandon the run game or we will lose. Davante has Surtain on him who is a top DB.
