Senior Manager Executive Compensation

Partnering with the Head of Executive Compensation, the full-time remote Senior Manager Executive Compensation will design, analyze, administer, and communicate executive compensation programs while collaborating with senior leadership and various departments to ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices. Key responsibilities Develop and administer executive compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and equity compensation Provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation decisions for senior executives and key leadership talent Prepare executive compensation analyses and support Compensation Committee meetings with board-quality materials and analyses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, particularly in executive compensation within a large public company or consulting environment Deep knowledge of executive compensation principles, incentive plan design, and corporate governance Experience with SEC executive compensation disclosure requirements and preparing board-level materials Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, particularly in Excel
