4y Child With Mom And Abusive Boyfriend.

Last weekend I had to pick-up my daughter at her mom's boyfriend's house in michigan. I had to come there bc her mom refused to meet at our agreed pickup time. When I showed up it was around 2pm and they were all sitting around doing nothing my daughter ran to me with excitement. With my daughter by my side the boyfriend (we'll call Jose) gets into his south paw boxing stance with his fists up and tightly clinched. He say to me "if you dont get out of here im gonna break your nose". I laugh and said "oh yeah you got a lot of experience with that dont you". Jose is being charged with a felony for breaking my exs nose a month ago while my daughter was right there and seen everything. Her nose was so bad she had to get reconstructive surgery and had 2 black eyes. Jose's response to me was "look how bad her nose was, and that wasnt even with my fist imagine what I could do with my fist. Im gonna beat your ass infront of your daughter". I told him I wasnt there to fight i was just there for my daughter. I picked up my daughter and got out of there without a bag packed or shoes.

I read I should of showed up with the police and theres probably a no contact order bc hes out on bond. I didnt want to get anyone introuble or make the situation worse but the more I think about it im letting my daughter be in a bad environment and by not doing anything Im putting her at risk by knowing not saying anything.

I was supposed to get my daughter today and her mother canceled on me. Im fed up with this game she plays and putting my daughter around that. I do not want my daughter growing up thinking that being hit by a guy is normal or OK. What do I do?
