Trailer Park Manager Claims My Mother Cannot Take Me In, Part Because Of My Adult Sister And My Gender

So long story short I recently became homeless, my mom’s trailer park manager stated that I cannot live here cause it’s a 2 bedroom Trailer. She claim was it was based on my gender. Which goodness I sleep on the couch. She wanted to charge 35 dollars for a background check and application fee but said it I was approved I would still need to leave after 30 days. First off she claimed it was state law. Then backed down.
Based on Research, Michigan states that you can have 2 people per bedroom, square footage wise. And we are at that amount.
I also did the due diligence of checking the Park rules because I know it is submitted to LARA, and I went into the rules, and found it stated the same rule EXACTLY to state law.
Also, My mother does own the trailer. Just leases the land. They paid it fully to move in, not sure if thats needed.
Ive been told to apply as a resident and see if she denies me and take to LARA and contact Legal aid.
But my mom is in fear cause this woman brags she has the best lawyers and has never lost and she is afraid she will lose her home. And we need advice.
