App That Blocks Doomscrolling Instagram And Youtube On Safari

I've developed an app for iOS that blocks doom scrolling on instagram. This means that the home feed and search pages don't load (search functionality still works), reels sent to you by friends only load 1 reel, and you can still post, view stories, and message friends.
Similarly this app blocks all shorts on YouTube, allowing for only long form content. I've talked to llm's and they say that both don't directly violate terms of service but it's a grey area.
These do not block any functionality of the main apps. This blocker only works if the person uses instagram dot com or YouTube dot com through the safari browser.
I'm looking for advice from someone a little more professional than an LLM, so if I publish under an LLC am I reasonably well protected here? Or am I poking a bear that can bite through any shield?
Also no I will not be charging for this app, it will be completely free but I'm thinking of throwing a donate button on there :3
