Location: California, and i have an open third‑party personal injury claim with the at‑fault driver’s insurer (AAA). It was a bicycle vs. vehicle crash; the police report assigns full fault to the driver and they received two California Vehicle Code citations. The bodily injury claim is already open with AAA.

From what I’ve read, recent California law (including AB 1234 and related changes) now requires insurers to disclose liability policy limits within a set time only when the request comes from the injury victim’s attorney, not when the claimant is unrepresented. My goal is to obtain:
