Camera Found In House

I’m super lost on what to do and how to go about this. My partner (21 m) and I (21 f) where excited to have the house to ourselves since our roommates (25 m and 24 f) where out of town for about a week. Well I noticed they took their ring camera off the front door and claimed it was dead a day before they left. To preface I have no access to this camera in which I regret not asking now. So 3 days end up going by of me walking around with no pants on, cooking and cleaning in the living room and kitchen thinking I was alone. But after a long day of work me and my partner come home and set a case of beer on the cabinet near the basement steps but then he realized the ring camera was facing upright with a clear view of the living room n kitchen entrance. He was immediately suspicious and I was trying to think of all the possibilities on it being dead n such so I decided to test it. Right when I picked it up the red sensors went off and I even tested ringing the doorbell when I got the courage, and sure enough it was on the whole time…I mean we all haven’t been getting along because they try to talk shit about my partner to get closer to me, they try to convince me to leave him when i’m drunk. Keep in mind my partner pays for so much around there including bulk items and is the only one with a real job. Weird comments have come from their mouths regarding me n they expressed that they r frustrated we don’t hang out as much since we moved in. I genuinely think the motive was to spy on us to see if we are talking shit about them, I’m too scared to even think of the possibility of them just wanting to get vulnerable footage of me but now i’m thinking it’s not too far fetched since they know i’m in-between jobs right now and KNOW I’m going to be home all day. Life 360 has even been an issue, constantly asking why my partner is with his friends and i’m somewhere else, always asking why we are at a liquor store, asking why we are far away… it’s like a power trip, ever since we moved in it’s like psychotic control control control. I feel like i’m living in a fucking doll house and I fear me and my partner have genuinely become alcoholics due to the anxiety and depression this has caused us. My family is trying to get me to break the lease legally but i’ve always been a push over not wanting bad blood between anyone, but they really want me to file a police report since it’s the only possible way we could break the lease with no penalty… any advice is welcome and heavily appreciated, I can also answer some questions and share more strange occurrences.
