Childish Ex-friend Isnt Leaving, Steps For Eviction?

Hello! Location: Austin Texas, Im currently dealing with a frustrating situation regarding trying to get someone to LEAVEEE. TLDR at the end.

Me (Axel) and my boyfriend (Jaiden) are renting an apartment right now, and we decided to let my boyfriends best friend (Ashley) stay with us. She moved in around July 28, she did help us with paying rent and had the wifi in her name. No we did not add her to the lease. Ashley's Boyfriend (Dan) had also started staying over to the point he was also basically living here, we were in the talks of letting him officially move in.

One day Ashley texted Jaiden about the cost of rent, utilities, ect. We had already explained how everything (Rent, utilities, wifi) would be split evenly many times, Jaiden reexplaned this to Ashley again. Ashley tried to ask if she could just pay the WiFi bill and we pay the Utilities, which no? That's not what we agreed on.

Ashley aparently got confused and frustrated, so she requested we stop talking and all communication go through her boyfriend Dan and that she was blocking us. Extremely childish.

So that night we had a sit down with Dan, Ashley stayed in her room. Now Dan is actually a very nice guy, honestly I feel bad for him. Me and Jaiden expressed that we wanted Ashley OUT. Originally we gave them a lenient 1-2 months only if they agreed to certain conditions. Such as repainting the wall they painted, Ashley paying back the almost $600+ she owes us, ect. One of these conditions was that they keep the Wifi going untill the end of September, or if they did want to end it early to at least give us a couple days notice.

The next day, I noticed the wifi wasnt working, so I took a picture of the yellow light and texted Dan asking about it. He did not respond. So I texted Ashley (Wasn't sure if she actually blocked me) asking about it. I then went upstairs to my room, shortly after I heard her exit her room, go downstairs, and then run back. After an hour of no response I went back downstairs to see if I could troubleshoot it only to realize she removed the whole system!

So I texted Ashley, asking if Dan had informed her of our agreement? Ashley then made a new groupchat with all of us, basically being extremely hostile and being upset we "tried to kick her out" and to "stay away from her man!" Then saying she would "be out soon" and that she was blocking us again. WHATTTT????!?!?!? AHHHHHH.

That night while I was at work they "accidently" locked Jaiden out of the house, he was banging on the door for about 10 minutes before Dan answered the door, apologizing saying he was in the shower. But Ashley was inside! She just didnt want to answer the door!

Jaiden and I were FED UP. So I typed out a written document basically saying I was ending our verbal month by month tenancy, that she had exactly 30 days to leave, in the same document I requested she repaint the wall, to leave behind belongings we had let her borrow, reminding her of the money she owes us ect ect. We both sent her a text about it, we printed it out and taped it to her door, and we emailed it to her. This happened August 31st, on the paper we said she had to be out by September 30th.

As im typing this, the printed out document is still taped to her door, but she definitely is still coming in and out. Jaiden also sees Ashley at work, and we do still occasionally see Dan. A couple days ago when Jaiden came home, Ashley RAN upstairs to avoid talking to them.

On the 23rd we sent a text in the groupchat reminding them they had one week left, to which we got no response.

With 4 days left im getting anxious... while I dont know about their room they havent packed anything in the kitchen or the padio and we certainly havent seen any sign of them packing.

If they dont leave on the 30th I know our next step would be an eviction notice I think, I just dont know what exact steps I should be taking. Im worried about getting my apartment complex involved as Ashley and Dan arent even supposed to be there.

TLDR: Roommate not on the lease, even after given a 30 day notice, looks like they arent going to leave, what are my next steps?
