Dv Conviction Overturned After Witness Lied.

So, I have a DV conviction from a few years back. The wife claimed I choked her and attacked her with a knife. I was taken to jail with a felony charge and misdemeanor dv. This was days after not getting sleep due to being told we were having break ins and things being moved around the house. There’s more drama there but it did conclude with a night of me exploding about the situation and someone I felt was responsible. Cops are called and I’m arrested. I took a plea for DV and did not get Spousal abuse, so it’s on my record for five years. Well this year, the wife actually choked me and went to jail for it. Prior to the attack, she admitted to an affair as to the reason of lying and said person was in our home. I recorded the entire incident, and she admitted as much to the arresting officers.
With that said, do I now have a chance to get my record expunged or granted spousal abuse which removes the record? Is this worth exploring with a lawyer? Recording and admitting to officers as to lying and why I looked so bizarre leading to the arrest. I did vocalize wanting to hurt the other person. There’s no denying that.
