Coworker Threatened Me With Suicide, Showed Up At My House And Messaged My Partner In Attempt To Sabotage Relationship And Keep Me Interested In A Romantic Relationship With Her. Do I Have Grounds For A Stalking Protective Order?

Location: Washington county, Oregon.

About 3 months ago, I (25 m) transferred from one work location to another within the same company. I met my new coworkers, and began making friends with them. One of them was a woman about my age, and she and I got along well and began talking outside of work. Around the same time, I began having issues with my romantic partner, and we ended up breaking up. After that breakup occurred, my coworker and I began spending a little more time together and speaking more intimately, expressing mutual desire for a closer relationship than just friends or coworkers. Nothing physical happened between us, the only thing that went on was she came over to my house and i had my arm around her on the couch as well as some intimate texting. After a couple weeks, my ex and I decided to give our relationship another try and I let my coworker know that I was no longer available for or interested in a relationship. She responded with threats of suicide, personal attacks of my character, explicit insults, repeated attempts to contact me (going so far as to make a new phone number to continue to text me), stalking mine and my family and friends social medias, and attempting to contact my partner to paint me as a cheater and sabotage our attempt to work things out. The threats of suicide I took very seriously, as I have a background where I both have lost people to suicide as well as I used to work with individuals in a mental health treatment setting where suicide attempts i witnessed caused me a severe amount of trauma. I felt stuck and was scared to do something that would cause her to harm herself, so I began telling her what she wanted to hear. Things like "im going to break up with my partner" and "yes i want to be with you" because I didnt feel like i had another choice. At one point she mentioned to me that her friend had flashed a gun on a facetime call with her and threatened to come hurt me if i didnt treat her right. I wanted to let things cool down over time and drag it on long enough that she would lose interest, but it just got worse and worse to the point where she was constantly messaging me and begging for my attention and sending flowers to my house. Two weeks ago I finally had enough and told her I was done with the manipulation and lies, where she again threatened to kill herself and insulted me before I blocked her. She then showed up to my house a couple days later (thankfully when i was not home) and left a flower and a card on my doorstep. I do not want her showing up to my house anymore, I have made it clear that her advances are not welcome, and they still continue. I have screenshots of the messages between her and I, between her and my partner, and I have the flowers and cards that she sent to/left at my house. Do i have legal standing to get a stalking protective order placed against her so she can no longer attempt to sabotage my life and harass me and my loved ones?
