I Filled An Eviction On Behalf Of My Sister And Made An Error Court Is Friday How Should I Handle It

So I work as a property manager for my sister and she has to evict someone for not paying rent. When I was getting everything together for her I noticed a misnomer on the filling. On the filling for her last name I put a. A is the name of her husband and the name she goes by. However I found out legally she never changed her name from b so by law her last name is b
The property she rents out is legally listed as owned by last name b as well as the lease which matches her id.
Also when tenants responded they checked the box admitting they owed rent on the property ( disputing amount but that’s it)
How do I need to handle this. I’ve read my sister needs to address this in court and she’s fine because it really dosent change the facts of the case which they admitted is correct. If she brings property tax records showing her and her husband as legal owners ( has the last Albany that was put on filling) is this enough to show connection to the name for the judge?
