Crazy Lady Upstairs Is Trying To Flood My Apartment By Drilling Holes In Her Floor Pouring Water And Landlord Is Not Doing Nothing About It

location: new york city for context i 51f is a single mother i take care of my disabled teenage daughter this has been going on since 2020 and 2019 i had gotten my apartment when my daughter was 3 years old we were living in a shelter with my other daughter who is now in her early 30s. and since left the nest to have her own family.

it started happening when this new guy moved next door same floor to me and he told me he was crazy ladys ex partner well me and him became good frends then word got around and crazy chick thinks i screwed her ex even though i have my own boyfriend.

not only that but my freaking landlord has been trying to evict me since 2016 so he can change the apartment and each time he tried to evict me i would go to housing court and boom case closed because the same judge would basically tell my greedy landlord to stick it where the sun dont shine each time but i have been struggling to pay rent and the last time i payed the rent full amount the he ordered the super to repaint my bathroom.

thats when i knew that he wouldn't do any fixes to the apartment unless i payed the full amount of rent like wth is wrong with him.

as for crazy chick literally like i can send proof she is damaging my apartment by drilling holes in her flooring and pouring hot steaming water she did this and forced her kids into doing it with her and she got another crazy chick like her to do the same to her ex because 2nd crazy chick lives ontop of her ex the 5th floor.

i know this chick stole my mail because when my birthday came around my mother had sent me a 200$ giftcard for amazon for my birthday i waited for it but it never came why well because one day my mailbox was broken into and the landlord had to replace it. my building has no cameras at all.

i called 311 and i called a inspector over who is was investigating the landlord for YEARS plus i know crazy lady was listening to my conversations with a glass cup because her ex told me she did that nosy crap before they broke up.

im literally not making this crap up my own mom thinks im crazy but when my daughters birthday came around my mailbox was broken into again and the giftcard and birthday card was gone. my daughter hates how we cant just move we have so much stuff its mostly our organized outfits and our other stuff.

i have all the stuff crazy chick and landlord did on record like i can show pictures of how much the water damage has done like a moldy smell in the bathroom and hallway near the door including the other bedroom that was supposed to be mines but i used as a walk in closet for me and my daughters outfits.

omg im getting sick and tired of this bs and i wanna move out but the landlord and super are actually afraid of crazy lady because she uses "black magic" crazy right! i need help with this
