Dad Wants To Let Incarcerated, Homeless, Klepto, Addict, Girlfriend Into Our Home

my dad is currently wanting to invite his prison girlfriend into our home. she is an addict and they refuse to let her out of jail without a permanent address. before my dad met her she was homeless and she briefly lived in our garage. she has many issues and i went through a year of hell during the garage period because she would be screaming and knocking on the door at all hours. she is infamous in our town for her shenanigans like stripping on the street and assaulting people. (i understand addiction, but i do not have the time or money to be dealing with this again. my dad has already lost thousands of dollars due to having to replace things she's broken and paying her bail. this isnt a woman he has chemistry with at all, shes just homeless and he felt bad. my mom died in 2023 and my dad met this woman in 2024 and he knows i hate this woman, not because she's dating my dad, but because she sucks.)

are they required to put down an address for re-entry? my dad will not discuss anything with me, because he is set on this happening. i cannot do this again. apparently the parole officer stopped by and he wants to do an inspection. i have mandatory overtime at work and my dad wont tell me when this inspection is. i have no time, nor do i want an addict thats known to snoop and steal my shit when i have prescribed psychiatric meds. is there any way i can stop this process? i dont even know what to do or the details. neither of us legally "own" the hosue because of missouris TOD rules without a will (she died suddenly at 51, we werent thinking about wills).
