My Dad Has Been Pushing For Me To Send Him My Mom's Copy Of The 1095-a Form That She Refuses To Give?

Location: Southern California

My parents are divorced and hold extreme disdain for one another.

The past two days my dad has been pushing me to send him the 1095-A form that my mother has, who refuses to share it. My mother said she's the one whose been buying my insurance (Covered California) and also the one claims me as a dependent. I've already called yesterday to obtain Column III's monthly information thinking that was what my father needed but turns out it's not and continues demanding to see the whole form. Also had a second call for them to send a copy of the form to my own address at school but it could probably take around a month and of course be past the file date.

Are there any information on the 1095-A form that my father could use against my mother in some way? I believe that that is her main concern and unwillingness, aside from personal grudges. Does my father even need the form in the first place since I'm a dependent under my mother? He also claims that it is "my" form and that "only I have the right to determine who has access to the form" but that doesn't feel right either.

I've already told my father multiple times to either contact my mother somehow (she has him blocked on pretty much everything I believe; unsure about email) or reach out to a legal representative because I'm pretty much clueless myself. How do I continue in this situation? I'm getting a little overwhelmed haha...
