Employer Jerking Me Around

Im 38m, Location: southern PA . I work as a machine operator. Back in mid November I was pulled for a random drug screen. Keep in mind I have an artificial heart valve and I give a urine sample that shows positive for amphetamine, mdma, and methamphetamine. I just kind giggled at it knowing damn well I never done meth and at the time didnt even know what mdma was. Our physician asks if im on Adderall, no just random otc meds when needed then my usual BP meds and blood thinner. They send me home and have to send out my urine sample to a lab. Well I was supposed be able to obtain a sample to have tested at my own lab i chose, but I had just peed before comming on the floor and immediately pulled for the test so I litteraly got maybe 1/4in in the cup. I was not given the opportunity to try n go a little more so the second vial was sealed completely empty. Not a drop. I was immediately walked out to my car and told id be called once the results came back. Few days later I was told results came back negative and I could return to work. I came back for 1 full shift then was off for Thanksgiving. Head of HR calls me to inform me now that there was a misunderstanding and only half of the test results were given so I had to come in for a meeting. He tells me I am testing positive for methamphetamine and I must complete a program and give a clean urine test before I can return to work. "But its only a week "

I ask for a copy of the test results and was told he will give me a copy when he receives a copy. . So I bust out laughing cause this guy is already punishing me without results. In the middle of the meeting the lab tech calls me while now im getting pissed and flustered.. still positive for methamphetamine but, the test could be clouded up by another medication. . Ok, well I take an antacid for reflux, nasal spray and allergy meds I been taking due to weather change my sinus was stuffed up but, I dont have the exact names on me bc they weren't requested and I can only give maybe a 12 hr window on what I most recently took, but I can go more in detail once home in front of the meds. He sd thats good, so im assuming hes getting somthing straightened out and never hear back again from him. 2 weeks later have to email HR Again requesting for the test results and copys of any other documents pertaining to this matter and my employment. He says he has the results but everything else is by verbal understanding.

I started a zoom meeting with a counselor that isnt just a week long.. Its ONCE A WEEK! We mostly talk about cooking recipes and random events that has absolutely nothing to do with my employer, drugs, or in general really me at all. . Im going on almost 2 and a half months off work with I believe 3 more sessions to go. Irritated is kind of an understatement as I struggle to pay my bills with no income and keep up with child support payments so I dont get arrested for non payment. I explain this frustration to this woman I chat with for an hr a week as to her reply is yeah it seems like these EIP'S drag you out so you have no choice but to find other employment. Do I have any rights or actions I can take against this employer? Id assume breaking their own protocol on a few things is somthing ill be taking up with upper management, but I wasn't sure of any legalities I could file on them. I've actually had a hard time trying to find anyone that handles employment law in pa to even hear my issue.
