Ex-boyfriend Is Using My Address To Receive Drugs In The Mail From Ups

This is a strange question, but I wanted to see if anyone has a solution so I can prevent this from continuing. I have an ex boyfriend that orders drugs online. We were previously on and off together for 5 years. He lives with an older woman that gets suspicious about mail and then communicates with his mom. Therefore, he insists on sending packages to my home with my name and I need this stop for countless reasons. I work all day and cannot intercept these packages and he will literally stalk the UPS truck by waiting outside my home when deliveries are coming. I’m worried about legal repercussions and would prefer for my ex to leave me be. When I confront him about it he becomes threatening and claims he will blackmail me if I don’t allow his packages to be delivered to my home. What can I do about this situation? I know it’s completely ridiculous but I just need this man out of my life. Any help and legal advice would be appreciated.
