I Got A Phone From T-mobile With A Promotion And Now I'm Told The Promotion Expired
Location: Pennsylvania. I a 19 year old male who wanted to upgrade my phone because of it having issues, so I went to my nearby t-mobile store that i have been a customer with for years and the person helping me i believe the manager of the retail store set me up he said he would change my plan to a little more pricey one to get me a promotion of $1000 off a Samsung s26 ultra (for reference i am the primary account owner of a 3 line account) I agreed and he set me up with it then added the deal of 2 free tablets because of a promotion of if you buy a Samsung phone you get 2 free tablet on them, that was the 30th of October I got a call today from him saying the promotion on the phone ended last week and I either need to swap to a different phone or pay the full price over time. On top of that upon further inspection I noticed he changed my account to a 4 line instead of a 3 and put me on the essentials 4 line offer instead of the experience more with appreciation savings i was on. I am confused and would like advice
