Gamestop "lost" My Psa Submission, Can't Provide Tracking, Investigation Records, Or Proof It Was Ever Shipped

Location: California

I'm looking for advice and wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar with GameStop's PSA grading service.

I submitted 11 vintage Pokémon cards through GameStop's PSA program on March 23, 2025 (Order #1227761). The submission included:

3x Base Set Raichu holo

1st Edition Fossil Raichu holo

1st Edition Fossil Hitmonlee holo

1st Edition Fossil Hypno holo

Jungle Flareon holo

Jungle Clefable holo

Jungle Kangaskhan holo

Fossil Haunter holo

On May 19, 2025, I received a phone call from GameStop stating the package had been lost.

Fast forward more than a year later:

My order status still shows "Shipped to PSA."

GameStop cannot provide a FedEx tracking number.

GameStop cannot provide shipment records.

GameStop cannot provide investigation records.

GameStop cannot provide insurance information.

GameStop cannot provide any communications from FedEx.

GameStop cannot provide documentation showing the cards were transferred from the store to FedEx or otherwise shipped to PSA.

GameStop cannot provide a written reimbursement offer.

GameStop cannot provide the methodology used to value the cards.

The representative I spoke with today claimed they had previously offered me approximately $519 total, including the PSA grading fees I paid (so about $200 for my cards they lost). When I asked for the valuation methodology, supporting documentation, or even a written copy of the offer, I was told they had nothing they could provide and that GameStop handles these matters over the phone only.

They also claimed I had refused the offer. That is not accurate. During the original phone call, I told the representative I needed time to seek counsel and review the situation before making a decision. I never accepted or rejected anything, and I never received any follow-up communication after that conversation.

When I asked to escalate the matter to a manager, dude said "sorry you feel that way, have a nice day" oss and hung up on me.

At this point, my biggest concern isn't even the valuation dispute. It's that GameStop claims the cards were lost but cannot provide any documentation showing what happened to them or even evidence that they were shipped.

Has anyone else run into this with GameStop's PSA program? Any advice on next steps?

tl;dr: I suspect Gamestop robbed me hard of my valuable vintage cards and are lying about it.
