Help?
So I recently moved into an apartment in November I’m 19, and I just got my roommate out as she wasn’t helping me pay rent. At first my landlord was very kind and very quick with responses , we were supposed to receive our mail key as soon as we got the place, I have made it clear I need the key for months and not just for unimportant things, it’s never really been a big issue until I got my medication sent in the mail and have been asking for days to meet with the landlord to get the key seeing as I don’t want to have any health problems due to me not being on my medication (which can happen at any point) I also slipped down the stairs of my apartments on ice from a leak above the roof, I had asked the landlord to fix it before it iced over so no one got hurt but it hadn’t the next morning I came out and went down the whole flight of stairs, went to the hospital for a dislocated shoulder, contacted Morgan and Morgan to try and get a case with all my evidence and screenshots of these conversations but ever since that incident my landlord doesn’t take the time to respond to me, i find it rude and I don’t feel very welcome here and I’m stuck in a weird situation.
