Hit With 7 Traffic Charges

Location: Georgia.

I got stopped, and I was full blown crying and just pulled off on the officer. I was in psychosis, high, and really emotional. Two hours later they found me, probably by tracking my phone because I was on the phone telling them I was scared of the officer.

I got arrested and went to jail for the first time. At one point they stopped by my cell with an attorney, a judge, and a cop. I don’t know what happened to him he left no information. They read me my 7 traffic charges including obstruction of officer and eluding the police. Bailed out after 2 weeks since I mentioned suicidal ideation. (Was on supervision). They handed me my 7 citations on the way out.

Now I’m just waiting for my court date to arrive in the mail. I’m actually clueless on what’s going to happen. I know I need some attorney to represent me but that’s about it.

I used my signals all throughout the original stop and he was just yelling at me get to the parking lot through the megaphone.

I pulled over on the turning lane of the intersection because I was afraid, I was in psychosis, and was just in accident two days prior because some lady got in my lane and braked while going 40 mph. I’ve been sober since getting out, and I just really want to know what to expect moving forward. I haven’t received the date yet but I’m just iffy.
