How To Get Unsupervised Visitation Overturned Asap?

This is a fairly complicated situation so please bear with me!

In October of 2025 I was granted permanent guardianship over my 3year old baby sister, and already had kinship foster of my 1yr old baby sister. We all three share a bio dad and they two have the same bio mom. Both parents have severe drug issues and both girls were born substance exposed. Guardianship of 3 yr old was originally with our paternal grandmother, but I petitioned to change it after finding out that she was allowing a sex offender around the children with the excuse of “he’s family,” as well as allowing my sister to play with emptied out pill bottles among other reasons.
The court decided in my favor, however the judge did also make the statement that I must facilitate a relationship between grandma/granddaughter (no orders filed). I live hours away from PGM so it is fairly difficult to set up visits, and PGM has disowned me publicly and is quite mean to me. From October to December I messaged her pictures of BOTH girls, asked for calls (she said that 3yr old wouldn’t sit still to talk), set up zoom calls, invited her to the baby’s bday party and TRIED to set up visits in public places (rejected because she was mad that I’m the guardian now). I gave up after an unanswered Christmas message and she didn’t reach out for 4 months after that, when she wanted to meet up to give 3 yo birthday gifts, but I refused because I did not want to be around her.

In May of 2026 PGM filed for visitation of my 3 year old sister. I had significant issues filing my responses on the filling website and nothing was submitted in time for our 2nd court date (last Tuesday). PGM asked for monthly weekend visits and alternating birthdays and holidays. The judge immediately granted temporary weekends monthly, starting in two weeks, until our next court date in October. He didn’t let me say anything on my girl’s behalf or ask for supervised visits. I am terrified PGM is going to kidnap her, allow her addict bios around, or put her in some other sort of bodily harm. It makes my stomach churn to think about turning her over for 3 days to this woman who has said incredibly vile things to me and my family.

On top of all of this I am 6 months pregnant

Is there any way I can stop the visits? Some emergency petition I could file, anything?
