Husband Left Me With Less Than $10 In Our Joint Bank Account.

I’m going through a divorce in Texas and am looking for experiences from people who have dealt with something similar.
My husband and I have a joint marital bank account that we previously used for our household expenses. At the beginning of March, after the divorce proceedings began, my husband stopped contributing his income to our joint account. Instead, he opened a completely separate bank account and began keeping his income there.
He did not transfer money out of our joint account. The issue is that he stopped putting his income into the account we had been using for our household.
Throughout this entire divorce process, he still used this account to pay for all of his expenses, such as rent groceries gas insurance.
I am currently caring for our newborn and have been left with essentially no money. At this point, I have about $5 available to care for myself and our baby. I have asked him directly to start contributing his income to our joint account again because I need access to money for basic necessities and emergencies, including things like formula for our son.
He ignored that message.
I have an attorney, and I have brought the financial situation to their attention. what typically happens in Texas when one spouse stops contributing income to the marital household during a pending divorce, particularly when the other spouse is caring for a newborn and has essentially no access to funds?
