I Accidentally Saw Everyone's Salaries Because Of A Spreadsheet Mistake. Am I At Risk If I Mention It?

I work for a mid-sized company in the U.S., and something happened this morning that I honestly wasn't expecting. A manager shared a spreadsheet with our team that was supposed to have some project information on it. While I was looking through it, I realized there was another tab that hadn't been hidden. It included what looked like everyone's names, job titles, and salaries. I'm pretty sure it wasn't intentional because the file disappeared from our shared folder about 15 minutes later and a corrected version was uploaded.
The thing is, I wasn't snooping. I didn't bypass any permissions or try to access anything I wasn't supposed to. The tab was just there, and once I realized what I was looking at, I closed it. But obviously I can't unsee what I saw. Now I'm in a weird position because a coworker mentioned getting the "wrong spreadsheet" too, and I have no idea whether to acknowledge what was in it or just pretend I never saw it.
I'm not planning to share anyone's salary or make a big issue out of it. My concern is whether I could get into trouble simply for admitting I saw it if someone asks. Could an employer legally discipline someone for viewing information that was accidentally shared with them, even if they didn't go looking for it?
