I Have Been Awarded A Judgement Debt. How To Collect?

Location: Pima County Arizona

I took a harasser to court for an injunction against harassment (IAH). The judge ordered him to pay my legal fees - $3,500. I anticipate he is going to continue this behavior as 1.) his wife continued it after the court order and 2.) the judge modified it with a distance restriction to both husband and wife after the police said they're not going to consider them on sidewalks and alleys as a violation.

How do I collect? I've recorded the debt on the home for good measure. I know they own 3-4 vehicles and have 100% equity in their home (approximately $275k in value). They are retirees who claim medical hardship. They're unlikely to be honest in any exam hearing. I've drafted a demand letter to mail today.

What step to look to next? Which course is recommended? It's a small debt but I'll need the money in the short term, especially if I have to install cameras to report them.

Edit: I'll be motioning for reimbursement of process server fees for having to add and serve his wife. So that will be $200+, added elsewhere.
