I Paid Off A Judgement Against Me, Now They Won't Fill Out A Satisfaction (or)

In September 2025, I lost a small claims suit which amounted to ~$1500 in judgement against me. I paid it off by December of 2025, and requested over text that the satisfaction be filed. They said they would, and twice a month since then I've requested they do so. It's now August of 2026 and the satisfaction is still yet to be filed, and the plaintiff is no longer responding to me. I have had to resort to asking mutual friends to remind them of their obligation. The one time they said they went to the courthouse about it (May 2026) they said it was "more paperwork than they thought". The main excuse they give is that their work schedule doesn't give them time to get to the courthouse, but they were unemployed until late January 2026.

Is there anything at all that I can do to get the judgement against me removed, since it's now paid off? And is there any recourse for the two loans that were denied in relation to this? I know Oregon doesn't have a slander of credit law but this feels entirely unreasonable.

I have bank statements showing the transfers, so I have the evidence that it's all paid off. Would that be enough to have it filed without the plaintiff present?
