Legal Advice For Family Dispute

My Location: Texas, Location of crime: Florida Hello! So I I need some legal advice on a family dispute I'm having between my mother and I. About 6 or 7 months ago I did my mom a favor and put a vehicle in my name for her so we could get it down to Florida and eventually has it put in my brother's name since he is the one living with her. Back then we agreed I would put the vehicle in my name and I would drive her around until my brother got his driver's license because my mother has a revoked license for vehicular manslaughter and she is not supposed to be driving. Well when we got to Florida with the vehicle I put in my name for her she takes the car from me tells me I'm not allowed to drive it and then has me put in jail when I tried to get the vehicle back in my possession so I could put it in my brother's name. I ended up doing a week in jail because she lied and said I broke into her house and assaulted her for the keys to the vehicle when she strangled me from the jump and she let me walk into her house and never said a word to me but yet tells the police that I broke in and I assaulted her. The police said that somehow the car was registered in her name but they failed to look up the title and they took me to jail over a vehicle that I own. Now it's been like I said six or seven months later and I've been telling her to switch everything in my brother's name and she's not doing it. Now she is forging my signature and pretending to be me in a letter so she can get the vehicle registered in the state of florida. I no longer live in Florida, I left Florida when I got out of jail because me and her obviously didn't have that agreement anymore and when she got the vehicle in her possession she didn't need me anymore and put me in jail so when I got out I left and I moved to Texas and I've been living here in Texas for the past 6 months and she has had the vehicle that is titled in my name in her possession driving it around illegally under my name this whole time. I have proof that she wrote a letter pretending to be me and forged my name but Florida is a two person consent state in Texas is a one person consent state so I fear that the proof I have I cannot use. What should I do??? I've been told by many to report the car stolen which is something I actually may do soon but I want to do something about the fraud she is committing against me. Someone please help!!!
