Minor In Possession Charge Help

Hello, i recently got into some trouble with the police for using an ID that’s not mine it’s my older brother. Location: idaho
I used it various times during 2024 and 2025 and never had any problem until now. I haven’t been using it in a while, but i recently went out for a friend visiting town and decided to use it again. I’m turning 21 at the end of this year. We went to a bar i’ve been to many times before and it always worked, i guess i just got unlucky this time.
So i got a charge for MIP. I stated my middle name instead of my first name and i didn’t give out my SSN. I did tell my address when they asked. So in the front of the paper they marked me as a misdemeanor but then in the back it was marked as an infrastructure charge with the fee amount of $487. I don’t know what i’m supposed to right now, as it is my first time. They did give me back the ID since it was my older brothers. Do i just pay the fee?? My friend from New York said its not even that serious and i shouldve just stated another address, and they couldnt do anything, since they dont have my ID number and ssn. If anyone knows what i should do please let me know.
