My Leasing Company Supervised Me Being Burglarized--pa,usa

Location: Pennsylvania, USA

Hi All, last night I discovered that my entire personal locker unit (which was locked) was completely empty. This would have happened within the last month. Concurrently, my leasing company has been doing locker clean outs of unpaid for lockers. I have email proof of my identifying my locker to the leasing manager. My locker is also tagged with my apartment number. Items and documents from my aunt's estate are gone, as well as luggage and clothing. I called my insurance company to file a claim, filed a police report, and have talked with the leasing manager. She denies that the clean out company did not do this as she supervised them and they did not cut any locks off of units.

I would estimate the momentary valued to be about 2k, but just curious for any advise on how to communicate with the leasing agent as this is unacceptable and I want compensation. For context I also pay 2k a month in rent and live in a neighborhood where crime rates are low, and no one else has reported any thefts
