My Roommate Was Secretly Filming Me Under My Bed

I don’t even know how to type this one out lol I can’t even believed it happened. For context, I (21m) live with my childhood best friend (22m) and a third “random roommate” through our apartment complex (20/21?m). We all attend the same college. Last night around 10 pm I was showering and received a text from my best friend saying to lock my door and that he’s calling the cops. He walked out of his room and saw our random roommate on his stomach filming under my door. My friend thought my girlfriend was over at the time and her and I do engage in sexual activities multiple times a week in my room. He confronted the random roommate and was like what the fuck are you doing. (Btw this random roommate has been living with us for 8 months). The random immediately started crying and saying he doesn’t know what’s wrong with him and how he has a problem. My friend told him to go to his room because he was so mad and called the cops and got me after I changed. We walked down outside the complex and the cops started taking our statement and the random roommate walked out so they separated us all. He immediately started breaking down for 45 minutes but I couldn’t hear all that he said. They arrested and charged him for felony secret peeping and confiscated his phone. What happens from here? I feel insanely violated and I don’t even know how to feel. My girlfriend was also listed as a victim in this even though she wasn’t there at the time he was caught but he implied pretty heavily he’s probably done it before.
