Need Help With My Sister Essentially Withholding My Id From Me(texas)

There's a lot of story, but here's the gist. My current ID is in her mailbox bc I am currently living with her as well my dad. We asked my sister to get us a mail key like a year ago so I could apply for ID online, met with blank so I did it in person around 3 months ago( and had it mailed to her apt since I still, for the time live here. The id is still in there, bc even after she moved back in(again long story), and we asked her explicitly, for a mail key bc my id is in there, she has refused to comply with this simple ask for whatever god forsaken reason.

I'm looking for ways to force her to give me the ID as soon as possible without having to pay money for lawyers, bc you know, no id no job. I know I can call the cops but I don't wanna press charges and get her a stain on her record even if she's been an awful human being to me and my father.

Edit: solved, my cousin is helping me reorder it and i was under wrong assumptions that u had to surrender an id if you knew where it was. im still gonna try and claw this one back sometime bc i dont trust her, but thank you for the help and references.
