Neighbors 10+ Dogs Have Ruined The Lives Of All The Neighbors. Help Us! Tn-usa

So I am wondering what my options are here. And what if my laws may be getting broken here. y neighbor has around 10 tiny dogs that they just leave outside. and whenever I or another neighbor goes outside. The dogs will go onto your proerty and chase you, barking constany. Circling you. One of them bites your ankles. You can scream at them, chase them, swing a stick. or even throw a small rock at them. But no matter what they wont stop. And you have no choice but to not go outside. Or sneak around your own property.

Are there any laws against this? How do I make this stop? The neighbor is violent and crazy. He carries a gun, and is mentally not all there sometimes. Because of his meth use. And perceived victimhood for being white in today’s America. Lol. He's one of those MAGA dont tread on me types. So it's not worth going to talk to him. and he's already very aware the neighbors are fed up. He just told us to kick the dogs if we have to. So he's not going to be reasonable and do anything about. If I even just threaten to call the police, animal control. He will seek revenge.

I thought about maybe organizing with the other neighbor, who can't even work in his garden peacefully anymore. And a few others. Then maybe organizing and calling the police together? But is this even illegal? It's been going on for months now. I saw the neighbor cursing and chasing them with a stick. Having a completely reasonable melt down over this. I'd like to clarify if the dogs would just calm down. Nonody around here cares if they hung out in our yards. it's just the fact they nip, cause you to trip, and will not calm down. I think we're all at a loss for what to do here. Because he's a completely unreasonable, dangerous person. I literally have to sneak outside to walk my dogs. and be super fast.Whis is not fair to them. What can we do here please? it's been months and nothing is changing. Help us please.

I started filming them. And how the one dog will run up on you and bite you. Lucky they ate all real tiny dog breeds.
