Neighbors Aggressive Lose Dogs Killed My Dog On My Property

Thank you in advance for any help, and sorry for any mistakes or if it’s a long post. I’m still all over the place

I live on a street of gated manufactured home.
A few houses down there is a home that has 6-7 dogs that are all very aggressive, and are always loose at all hours of the day. I’ve talked to neighbors, one says he’s gotten knocked off his bike and they’ve killed 5 of the cats that he’s taken in (an older couple that have a good area of land and the strays end up finding a home there). Another says they almost killed his dog, I’ve seen them chase people, try to attack people on bikes, and they’ve even aggressively chased cars. Well this past Saturday 05/09/26 they killed my chihuahua. I caught everything on video, from one of the puppies getting into the gate, all of them going after my dog when he was trying to get away from them, where they actually got him. Yesterday 05/10/26 they came and attacked my other dog while we were outside, I yelled and chased the dogs back to their home and called out until the owner came out. I have on video where he acknowledged “those dogs came by themselves” (but they’ve been there since I moved here over a year ago), where he has dog bowls out, where one of the puppies is literally trying to mate with his mom while I’m waiting outside. Today 05/11, all of the dogs and puppies are locked outside of the gate with only one dog being inside. My question is, apart from calling animal control which I’ve already done and they’re coming out at some point today, is there anything else I can do? I’m thinking of contacting a lawyer but wanted to see if I could get any advice here first. I have a few mental disorders and this dog was literally my life, I can’t just leave it like this.
