Neighbors Loose Dogs Killed My Dog On My Property. Ready To Take Legal Action.

(Reposting as first post got taken down.)

Hello, this might be a little long, TIA for anyone who can give advice.
I have neighbors who took in a group of 7 stray dogs, the dogs have lived there for about a year but the owners never close their gate to keep them in. They are all very aggressive dogs and run loose all day everyday, everyone sees it. Well on may the 9th, 2 of the 4 puppies squeezed through the gate and chased one of my 2 dogs out where the rest of the medium-large dogs got and killed him. The next day when we were all outside our house, with my other dog loose INSIDE our gate, they came and almost attacked my other dog. I chased them back and confronted the owners, they claimed they’re not theirs, and said they weren’t going to pay the cremation even though EVERYTHING was caught on camera and 2 people witnessed it. They stopped by to try to get the dogs to stop attacking my chihuahua but the dogs tried to bite them so they had to get back in their car.
I decided to let go and let God, and just kept calling animal control, but they’d only let them loose sometimes and not for long. So animal control wasn’t able to come pick them up. Luckily they have a case open against them already.
I have at least 7 videos of them roaming the streets, AND coming to my gate and barking at my dogs AFTER being confronted on the 10th.
But on June the 4th at 7am they came back and pushed my gate open (which takes some force to open), and attacked my moms chihuahua that I had just brought over so my other dog wouldn’t stay alone. If we weren’t home and hadn’t have heard everything, they would’ve killed her and most likely my other small-medium dog. I had to take her to the vet and she had to have surgery to stitch up the 2-3 in gash on her ribcage, and a gash on her leg. When I went to their house, this time it was the wife and I told her I don’t want to take this to court, but if they don’t pay what all I’ve had to pay I will proceed in court. We talked for a minute about them keeping the dogs in, all the problems they’ve caused. She mentioned getting one of them vaccinated, well when I called animal control again that same day I found out it was because she bit someone and HAD to get vaccinated. They’ve knocked an elderly man off of his bike, killed 5 of the stray cats he feeds on his land, they regularly chase people and cars, etc. When I sent the vet bill she responded okay, to just let her talk to her husband. Later she started trying to fight me on it, that she needs to see the videos, unfortunately my camera had died so we don’t have videos for the incident on the 9th, we just saw them in person, then her taking the dogs back into a gate a couple of minutes later. Even though I had sent all the videos and pictures from the other incident she was fighting me on it until I told her animal control said I could file an “aggressive dogs case”, one of my clients talked to their lawyer friend and said I could take them to court for the value of my dog (including any vet bills, training, neutering, etc. I had paid around $12k on surgeries a couple of years ago because he got sick). She finally gave in once she realized it was more serious than just my vet bills, and finally said she would pay me $200 this week, then $1000 in another 3 weeks, and idk about the other $65. $1,265 in total. I printed out an official agreement with all the receipts and she said she could sign today. Well at 10am my camera caught her dogs loose again, with one of them literally pooping right in front of my gate. ???????? I sent her the video and said this can’t continue, and said I NEED to her to sign today.
I was being VERY patient and understanding even after all the shit I’ve dealt with, but I’m fucking DONE. My question is, what all EXACTLY could I open cases on if this continues and they don’t want to sign the payment agreement. The dogs have repeatedly gotten onto my property and caused damage, they’re not keeping their dogs contained even after being contacted by animal control claiming they “escape”, they’re being very wishy washy about agreeing to pay me. Im ready to take legal action but need help on EXACTLY what it would include.
How would I start the legal proceedings, and what all would I be able to take them to court for? I reached out to 3 lawyers today, waiting to hear back.
Thank you again for anyone that can offer advice on this situation. Ask any questions needed because there are so many more details, and this post might be confusing.
