Nh Should I Send A Certified Letter Asking Them To Remove Their Firewood?

In 2017, a few months after I bought my house, my next-door neighbor cut down several trees near the property line. I wasn't sure where the line was, so I decided it was a good enough reason to do a survey. The trees were indeed on my property, and her homeowner's insurance paid out about $35K, which I used to have some 20-foot-tall eastern cedar trees to replace the 70-foot-tall pines she cut.

Since then, I've been harassed, mostly through spreading rumors (I have a few emails between neighbors showing this) that I'm a scammer and sue happy, but also some run-of-the-mill harassment, giving me the finger when I drive to/from my home, throwing garbage on my lawn, swerving her car at mine when we're driving toward one another on the road in our neighborhood, and (I can't prove it, but I believe based on that she was treated and the layout of the properties) she tried to poison my dog with ethylene glycol.

I tried to get a restraining order, but was denied. The dash cam footage I had of her giving me the finger established that she was hostile, but she claimed she was 'avoiding a patch of ice' when confronted with dash cam footage of her swerving her car toward mine. Now she's stored a substantial amount of firewood on my side of the property line (it's a newer development and there's a big lead pipe sticking out of the ground at the corner of the lot, so it's not mysterious where the corner of the lot is and she's a realtor), and I'm not sure what to do. It seems relatively minor, but I'm worried about adverse possession claims.

I also work as a clinical psychologist, and my experience with people who consistently display adversarial behavior is that they push boundaries until they get a reaction, then play the victim, conveniently forgetting/omitting what led up to the reaction. If I do nothing, she will likely escalate until she gets a reaction. Is it in my interest to wait and see what fresh hell she'll deliver next? Help!
