Not Sure How To Go About This

Card image cap

Location: Arizona

So Sunday January 18th my roomates ordered DoorDash late at night. The driver dropped the order at the door and when she was leaving she backed up into my vehicle. We know it was her because you see her snap a photo of the food go to her car back up and then you hear a loud bang/crunch. For privacy purposes we'll say her name is Jane Doe. Jane left a note on my car with the name Jane Smith same first name different last name and a false number. We filed a police report immediately after and I just got word from doordash that they're not gonna cover it because the delivery was over when the food was dropped. The investigator for State farm that got ahold of me also said it looks like Jane Doe isn't insured. So apparently I have to open a claim under my policy and pay my deductible. My question is should I get an attorney for this because I feel like this isnt right that the dasher hit my parked car and I have to pay for all this?
