Parents Affair Partner

My parent had a relationship with their best friends spouse. The relationship between my parent and the person ended, and that person got back with their spouse. The spouse that was cheated on has been making contact with my siblings and myself, mostly texts with rude comments or odd pictures of clowns and jokers. This week, we all received a package that appeared to be from our parent, addressed to us, but upon opening it is 13 sheets of random notes and pictures of details from the affair. There is a handwritten letter that the cheated on spouse signed, basically calling us all trash for knowing of their relationship followed by pictures of invoices, emails, a bottle of lube on a nightstand (crazy... I know).

I'm looking for advice on what to do legally, if anything to get this women to stop contacting my siblings and I over poor choices our parent and their spouse made. It feels like she is getting more desperate by mailing the package, spending the time to gather and print everything. Can we get a restraining order with this amount of evidence? Is there anything we can do about her putting the from address on the mail as our parent?
