Question Regarding Finances Post-divorce

Note: I do plan to consult a divorce attorney in my state, but the consultation fees are out of reach until pay day due to some other expenses.

Okay here's the short version. I filed for Divorce on 7/7/25, it was finalized on 10/7/25, with a split of the debt that was accrued under my name for our wedding (wedding loan) and the credit card in my name that my ex maxed out being split 50/50, and paid with my ex paying me directly, me paying the debt. All debt accrued prior to the marriage was to be assumed by the person who's name the debt was in (for me, this was one credit card, my student loans, and a mortgage, for my ex, a car loan, and previous credit card debt).

My ex was paying me in monthly installments for the debt split agreed upon in the divorce decree, until January, and he still owes me approximately $8,500 for the loan we took out for our wedding, and the credit card he maxed out. We each took on the remainder of our own debt. He stopped paying in January. I have already spoken to an attorney about that portion and have a plan moving forward for that.

Recently, I have been receiving phone calls from business lenders and law firms seeking contact information on my ex-husband because he took out a number of business loans he has since stopped paying. This information also led me to discover that he pledged $100,000 to a non-profit in June of 2025 (before I filed for divorce), and signed the pledge document (a legally binding document). None of these 'debts' were disclosed in our divorce financial statements and our divorce financial settlement that was accepted by the judge. I do not know when the loans were taken out but I do know they are in excess of $100,000.

It is my understanding per Colorado law, that any debt accrued during the marriage is considered joint debt. I'm wondering what my liability for this debt my ex took out may be if it was taken out before I filed for divorce, if it was not disclosed in the financial statements.

ETA: I have been no-contact with my ex and his family for a full year because it was an abusive situation, and I'd really like to avoid contact at all costs.
