Sibling Is Isolating My Elderly Father And Getting Wills Drawn Up And Power Of Attorney Without Him Knowing Better And Robbing Him. Several Family Members Can’t Contact Him. I’m Out Of State And Can’t Find An Attorney To Help. Tennessee. Elder Abuse, Physical And Financial.

My brother has somehow forged a new will cutting me and everyone else out. Then 9 days later pressed the court for conservator ship of my father and it raised major concerns with the court. I expressed the situation how my brother had stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars, and forced my father to sign over the deed to his home, has kept anyone from visiting him and falsifying police reports to try and get restraining orders on everyone in the family. I have went broke paying for attorneys to fight this. I do not know what to do from here on. My father probably has dementia and doesn’t know who is who or what is going on and is being overly medicated half the time.
In this last court session they assigned a state appointed power of attorney and someone is supposed to take my father to be evaluated for mental competency. But apparently the assigned POA is not getting any medical feedback now that the court has tried to get my father evaluated.
With my brother now owning my father’s home and having cut off his house phone and having his mail forwarded I can’t contact him as I’m 5000 miles away. What can I do?
