So My Lyft Driver Got Stopped In The Train Tracks While A Train Was Coming…

Location: Florida

So today in Florida my lyft ride stopped and got stuck in between the train tracks while a brightline train, i was able to get out and me and a few other guys that were walking by tried to lift the arm barrier so the car could get out, since it got caught by the trunk of the car, when the car got out the arm bounced down hitting me in the nose and knocking me out, there was blood everywhere and I was taken to the hospital to check if my nose was broken or anything major happened.

Now, i do not have insurance since I started a new job a couple weeks ago and havent met the 60 day period to qualify for insurance.

Doctors took a ctscan, and xrays on one of my wrists since it was hurting pretty bad, also had to be taken in an ambulance.

I am planning to call a lawyer tomorrow but how high or low are the chances that lyft pays for the hospital bills?

I got the police report and also video footage of incidents since there was a traffic light camera and brightline cameras nearby

Not gonna lie this was a very traumatic experience…
