Uninsured 16yo Hit Me On My Way Home, Could I Sue Them?

Hey everyone, maybe kind of a long shot? So, Sept 3rd i (26yo, in case that is relevant) was driving home after work (straight). A car being driven by a 16 year old girl and her friend were pulling out of a parking lot and i ended up hitting them head on. Hit them so hard my car literally turned sideways ???? they were driving an suv and I was driving my little Chevy spark, so i sustained the most damage both on my car and physically.

I have insurance, but its just liability so my insurance couldn't help either. I missed a day of work and class, as well as sustained many injuries -- thankfully nothing broken, just insanely bruised aaaaaall on my legs and internally in my chest, and on my nose where I'm being told I may have a deviated septum -- meanwhile the girls were okay, just scared. On the police report, we saw that they didn't have insurance and that they admitted to not seeing me and pulling out in front of me.

I won't get into it, but not having a car right now is a huge huge deal. I have school an hour away, I work nearly every day, and I'm just a housekeeper making $12/hr so I really can't afford a car. My husband just got his second job to help us stay afloat while I'm in school. For these reasons, and because they were uninsured, I'm being told by multiple people that i should sue. My insurance even told me that it was something I could do (without straight up saying i should.)

My issue with this is like.. would it even be worth it? Would i win anything, would it even be right to take a kid to court for this? Oklahoma isn't the best state for legal things, but it's the only way I could get a car without trying to put myself further into debt. What's the likelihood a lawyer would want to pick this up, and what would my chances even be? I have all the information for my car, the police report, and my car is still sitting with the towing company. The towing company said if I give them my car title and all that i wouldn't have to pay them. But before that, should I really be taking this to court at all? I'm sorry if that's not a great legal question per se, I'm just having a lot of trouble right now. If this isn't the place, please let me know. Thank you plenty in advance.

Edit - I pulled out the police report, so here's some extra clarification:

The 16yo is not the owner, her father is. The vehicle was uninsured. It states on the report on her side "Failed to Yield - To Vehicle Intersection" i hope this provided a little more info!
