Update: Shady Mental Facility Is Keeping My Son Locked Up

UPDATE:
LOCATION: Florida
I went to visit Bryan yesterday and asked him some questions to confirm whether the psychiatrist on the phone was correct or not. I asked Bryan if he has been seen by a psychiatrist. He said someone saw him for 1 minute and asked him same 5 questions they asked him the day before and he answered them the same way. I specifically asked Bryan if he said to anyone that he wants to jump off a bridge or hang himself and he said he haven't.
Also, before the visitation they called parents by the patients first names and I heard the name Brandon (the other patient). So after the visit I quickly talked to Brandon's parents and told them about the phonecall and the whole situation. After the visit there was no one to help us at the facility because it was mostly after working hours. There was only a nurse.
When Brandon's parents spoke to the nurse about release date she told them it is confusing because there are 2 dates on the chart. First date was right after his 72 hours which the parents knew about. The second date was November 2nd, the same as Bryan's new release date but they have never been notified about this release date and it was news to them. Then I called the nurse about Bryan's release date she told me there is no date yet and that family therapy meeting is still scheduled.
Today I went back to the facility and I plan to stay here until this problem is resolved. I asked to speak to either a nurse or a psychiatrist or a patient advocate but they said no one is available. They only let me talk to an administrator. He looked at Bryan's chart and they really put those things in his medical chart. This administrator was completely dismissive to all of my concerns. I still believe this is a patient mixup because Bryan clearly said he has not been seen by anyone.
I want him to be evaluated by a psychiatrist so he can be released today because I do not trust this place with Bryan's mental health. Like I said, he has psychiatrist and a therapist lined up to care for him right when he gets released.
Right now I'm just sitting here in the lobby and I will stay here until Bryan can go home but nothing is happening and no one wants to do anything.
What should I do?
UPDATE:
He is out! We asked to file for an emergency court hearing, which would happen tomorrow and the facility changed their tune right away and released him. To me, this means that they were not really concerned about his well being and the court hearing would uncover 1. that he really wasn't danger to himself or others and 2. how disorganized they are.
To summarize their mistakes:
Nurse mixed him up with someone else
On the call, psychiatrist failed to use the two patient identifier (name and dob) and mixed his name up with someone else
No one talked to my son for more than 10 minutes and everytime they only asked the same Cookie cutter questions.
They wrote my son's discharge date in the other boy's chart.
Patient advocate told us we have an option to file for Habeas Corpus, but recommended not to file for the emergency court hearing. He said that one is supposedly just for rare cases, we did it anyway.
They lost 4 pieces of my son's clothes including shoes.
Now that he is at home, he is supposed to take Prozac, however my pharmacy didn't receive the rx. I called them, but nothing can be done today because the staff is done for the day.
