I have a pending third degree felony terroristic threat charge in Texas for allegedly sending an email (2025) to a public offical that said "im going to come to your house with a ar15 and protest" and theres another incident (2024) where they are allegedly saying I called a cop on his personal cell phone and contacted his family saying im going to protest outside of their house due to the arrest he made on me for public interference which was dropped the next day for no probable cause. In the probable cause affidavit it mentioned that cop got scared and said he pulled his kids out of school and ended up moving, but I think hes just a big bully and his wife was sick of his crap and used this opportunity to move. It also mentioned that the FBI relayed information that i bought 7 guns in two months. The US marshalls arrested me shortly after the 2025 email on a warrant that wasnt signed until 1am the next day. Also there was no guns found, and no electronic devices were seized.

Initially, I was offered deferred adjudication, but I kept rejecting it and telling my first public defender I wanted a trial. Eventually, my case was transferred to mental health court. I would also like to say, my first public defender said my messages werent a threat but my overall behavior was concerning...

My second public defender offered 24 months of pretrial diversion and mentioned the possibility of amending the charge to disorderly conduct paired with pre trial diversion. I’m now circling back to that option because of employment prospects. I’m tired of fighting these people after 16 months, and I just want to move on with my life.
