Workplace Wants Me To Sign An Agreement That I Will Provide Them My Home Address For Three Years Following Termination And New Employer’s Name

Location: CA
My employer is based in IL, I work remote.

HR sent out an email saying as a part of our normal protocol, we have updated an agreement that needs to be signed. I took a look and here are things that stood out to me:
- I agree to provide my home and business address for 3 years following termination “so that the company can contact me regarding my continuing obligations provided in the agreement.”

- notification of new employer: in the event that I leave the employ of the company, I grant consent to notification by the company to my new employer about my obligations under this agreement.

- upon termination, I agree to immediately sign and deliver the termination certification (an exhibit included in the agreement) which requests:
- my new employer and position there
- my address
- “I agree and promise that I will not defame, criticize or make any negative remark, written or oral, to any person or entity related to the company, or regarding my employment or the termination of employment with the company.”
- I agree that I will not engage in any business that is directly competitive with the company; provided that I may engage in competitive business if my role and responsibilities are not similar to my role with this company.

There’s also non-solicitation of employees, contractors, and customers language.

This feels really aggressive and I’m just wondering if it’s actually enforceable in my state, even if I sign the agreement?
